Return Process

  Securely pack the jewelry in its original ANI Jewels gift box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
